Suppose you have recently purchased a new Premium subscription or upgraded your Premium subscription to include Muslim Pro and Qalbox services. In that case, you must log in to your Muslim Pro/Qalbox account with which you have tied your Premium subscription to have full streaming access to Qalbox. Here are some guidelines to take note of to access Qalbox content:
- Please make sure that you are logged in using the correct login details. You should then be able to access Qalbox content.
- If you cannot access Qalbox after logging in, attempt to restore your account by clicking on the [Tap to Restore] or [Restore purchase] button on the Premium page. Follow the steps below:
1. From the [Today] page, tap on the Profile icon located at the top left corner of the page
2. You will land on the Profile page. Then, tap on [My Premium] located below the tracker panel
3. [Restore purchase] your Premium
I have tried the steps above but am still unable to access the Premium
If you still don’t have full access to Qalbox, this could mean that
- You have a subscription that does not include Qalbox, such as the No Ads subscription which only removes ads in the app.
- You are not logged in with the correct account tied to your Premium subscription (Facebook/ Gmail/ Apple ID/ phone number, etc). If you are unable to access Qalbox after trying the steps above, please do not hesitate to email us at help@muslimpro.com for further assistance.
