Qalbox is easily accessible on the Muslim Pro app. To watch Qalbox videos, follow the following steps to navigate:

Firstly, check if you are currently logged in with a Muslim Pro account that is connected to your Premium subscription. A Premium subscription is needed in order to have full streaming access to the content available on Qalbox. For existing Muslim Pro Premium users, do note that you will need to upgrade your Muslim Pro Premium subscription to have full streaming access to Qalbox.

 

1. Click on the [Watch] icon located at the middle bottom of your screen to access the streaming platform

 

 

 

2. You will be able to enjoy films, documentaries and TV series on Qalbox. At the top tab of the page, you will be able to see the different genre options and scroll through the series and films available in the app.

 

 

To continue watching previously paused shows:

 

1. Open Qalbox and you'll find the [Continue Watching] section. Simply tap on the desired title you wish to resume.

2. Once you have selected a title, click on [Play] and it will automatically continue playing the video from the last minute it was paused.

1. If you attempt to play any Qalbox video using a Free account, you will see a pop-up page that prompts you to purchase Premium. Note that you will only be able to watch video previews with a Free account.
2. For existing Muslim Pro Premium users, do note that you will need to upgrade your Muslim Pro Premium subscription to have full streaming access to Qalbox.
3. If you have previously purchased a Premium subscription for Muslim Pro, a Muslim Pro account is required to restore your Premium purchase. With the new version of Muslim Pro, users will have to log in on their Muslim Pro account to use your Premium purchase across multiple devices (Android or/and Apple).
