Unable to restore my premium account

I logged a ticket a few days ago about being unable to restore my premuim account after trying to install the app on another phone with a different appleID; it says that my account is active under a different number when I try to restore my purchase although I uninstalled it from the other phone.

Would you kindly be able to assist or guide me to get support if this is not the right way?
