Premium account subscription problem , cant log in to restore previous one

I had problem with my premium account and when i click restore, it stated that my premium account has been used from other email and phone number. I try to find the solution as to confirm that email account and the phone number which i ve used for previous one were the same, but i still cant restore my premium account, please help me as i wanted to use this app, moreover the radhan months is just around the corner. Thank you

  Salam, please I have a premium account with my old email address (samiradanjuma@gmail.com) I can't get access to it again due to not able to get verification code when I lost my phone, I need to sign in to premium account with my new mail, samiradanjuma12@gmail.com. I will be very grateful 🙏 if you can help me.

  Assalamu Aleykum!

  I was trying to restore my app Pro version but the system refuse to give it back! I see on screen "try again later"! I bought this up five years ago in Pro version and I need it back! 
  I don't wont to pay again so much it is to expensive! What's wrong with you guys??? Money money money everywhere about money!!!
