Lifetime Pro gone after update, cant restore because another account being used

I am having issues with my life time premium account. "It cannot be restored because it's being used with another muslim pro account" is what it says when i try to restore it. Not sure where that account is? Everything is stored in my phone and i did not get a new phone. This has happened before with your updates. I always have to restore it to lifetime again in the past. No other app does this when they update.

I emailed thinking that someone would reply with a solution.  However, I was told to come here for help "for solutions to the most common issues and answers to most frequent questions". 

I have looked at similar issues but NO ONE one has answered HOW to  resolve it in the comments except having to "open a ticket".
