Full Azan suddenly stopped working iOS 14.3 IPhone XR

Using a premium version Azan was playing fine until last week when the app suddenly logged me out. It never played after I logged back in with same credentials. Tried a re-install, logged out and log back in updated iOS but still no luck. Same issue with my wife’s iPhone same model XR. The tap of notification only opens the app but wouldn’t play the full Azan.
