Since the recent update 7th Dec 2020 the app keeps crashing on my mothers iPad. Her iPad is running iOS 9.3.6 and is a 3rd Generation iPad. I have deleted the app and tried reinstalling but this does not resolve the issue. When you press the app icon the splash screen appears then the app closes.

I have a lifetime Premium Account.

Your help with this would be appreciated. JZK
