Subscription Error


I have a yearly subscription to Muslim Pro, purchased a while back. And since then I have been having errors. Mainly I should have the premium account but I still see the free version of the app, with all the adds. This happens no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall. When I try to 'upgrade' again within the app, it tells me I am already a premium member, but I still see the ads. What's more frustrating is that I cannot find a link to customer support, whether a website or the app, just this online community. 


Please help me fix this issue once and for all.
