can't restore account

Hello. I don't have my iphone anymore in which i purchased the lifetime premium account. i tried to restore my premium account on my ipad, but it is telling me that i already have premium service on my iphone. i no longer have the iphone. i want to get the premium service on my galaxy s20+, but i was following your directions about trying to restore on my ipad work, but it's not working. please help!
