Premium account

I purchased a new phone.

The premium "one-time purchase" account that I bought is however not working on the new phone.

It says that is is being used by another phone. Yet the app was taken off the old phone. It also does not accept my password when I have it sent to me via SMS. It states that the password expired even though it was entered within a few minutes of me receiving it.
