Not able to transfer premium to new cell phone

Hi, I recently switched to a new cell phone, I have removed the old one from my account in the app. But still I am not able to setup the premium version of the app. It says the premium version is being used on another devise. Also please play adds if you have to but a add playing music at the time of the Azan should not happen.
