FIX SUBSCRIPTION ERROR

I had the Muslim pro app before, on my old phone and now that I have a new phone I can’t restore my app! I just paid $9.99 (and I paid for the app in the past, this is my second purchase)for a year subscription on my new cell phone for the premium package and it won’t activate nor restore! I keep getting a message stating my account is being used on another device! Well, another device did not just pay $9.99 for a year of Muslim pro, this cell phone, the new one that I’m using did! Please restore my premium package on my IPhone XR that I am now using.
