This premium purchase is already in use by another Muslim account

Asalaamalaikum,

I've already emailed support@muslimpro.com but not as of yet had a response...

Please can you advise why I cannot access my premium features and get the message "This premium purchase is already in use by another Muslim account"

I'm concerned that it is use on another account when the only account I use is on my phone...Has my data been stolen???
