Accessing Qalbox via Muslim Pro App and the Qalbox Web browser
You’ll need to sign in to the Muslim Pro account linked to your Premium subscription to enjoy full streaming access on Qalbox. Read the following for common mistakes on Log In:
Using an incorrect log in method
The first reason might be that you logged in with an incorrect email address or the wrong log in method. To have full streaming access to Qalbox and Muslim Pro Premium features, you need to log in with the right log in method (Google, Apple, Email) that is tied to your Premium subscription.Forgot Password
If you’ve forgotten the password used to log in, you won’t be able to access your account. Simply click the Forgot Password link to reset it. You’ll receive an email with instructions to set a new password.Forgot Email Account
In some cases, you may forget all your login details, including your email address and password. If this happens, please contact us at help@muslimpro.com. Kindly share any possible email addresses you may have used to register, and we’ll help check whether another email account is linked to your Muslim Pro app.Account Does Not Exist or Has Not Been Created
Another possibility is that your account does not exist in our database. In this case, you’ll need to sign up for a new account. If you believe you’ve already registered but still can’t log in, please reach out to our support team at help@muslimpro.com for assistance.
Troubleshooting issue
If you have trouble logging in, follow these steps to troubleshoot. Before troubleshooting, ensure that you are connected to a stable internet connection.
a. Troubleshooting from Muslim Pro app:
If you are having trouble logging in from your Muslim Pro app;

Exit the app and attempt log in. Open the app, and tap on Restore Purchase,
Or go to Profile from Today's page, and tap on the Log in / Sign up banner on the Profile page to log in.
3. Choose the correct login method that is associated to your account by continuing to login with (Email/ Google/ Apple/ Facebook).
If you’re still experiencing issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then attempt to log in again.
b. Troubleshooting from Web browser:
1. Close and reopen your internet browser.
2. Go to app.muslimpro.com/qalbox.
3. Click Log In located at the top right corner of the main page of Qalbox.
4. Log in using the account associated with your Premium subscription.
If you’re still experiencing issues, try clearing your browser’s cache and restarting it. Also, make sure you’re using the latest version of a supported browser.
