I have trouble logging in to Qalbox, how do I resolve it?

I. Accessing Qalbox via Muslim Pro App and the Qalbox Web browser 

You will need to log in to your Muslim Pro/Qalbox account that you have tied your Premium subscription with to have full streaming access to Qalbox. Read the following for common mistakes on Log In:

  • Using an incorrect log in method

The first reason might be that you logged in with an incorrect email address or the wrong log in method. To have full streaming access to Qalbox and Muslim Pro Premium features, you need to log in with the right log in method (Google, Apple, Email) that is tied to your Premium subscription.

  • Forget Password 

When you forget the password used to log in, you won’t be able to access your account. Simply click the forget password link to reset your password. You’ll receive an email to set it up again. 

  • Forget Email Account 

Sometimes, you may forget all your login details such as your email address and password. In this case, you can contact us at help@muslimpro.com. Kindly provide the possible email address you registered with and we will assist to check in our system if you have another email account linked to your Muslim Pro app. 

  • The account does not exist or has yet to create

Another possible reason is your account does not exist in our database. That said, you will need to sign up for an account. If you think you have already signed up and still could not log in, please contact our support team at help@muslimpro.com

a. Troubleshooting from Muslim Pro app:

If you are having trouble logging in from your Muslim Pro app;

  1. Force-close the app
  2. Attempt log in - click [Profile] at the bottom right hand corner of the app

4. Log in with the account that is tied to your Premium subscription

If you are still facing issues, uninstall and reinstall app and attempt login again, if loading is taking a while, wait for a few minutes for the app to load.

b. Troubleshooting from Web browser:

  1. Close and reopen your internet browser
  2. Go to app.muslimpro.com/qalbox 
  3. Click [Log In] located at the top right corner of the main page of Qalbox

    4. Log in with the account that is tied to your Premium subscription

If you're still facing issues, try clearing your browser's cache and restarting it. Please also make sure you are using the latest, up-to-date version of a supported browser.
