I have trouble logging in, how do I troubleshoot?

If you have trouble logging in, follow these steps to troubleshoot. Before troubleshooting, ensure that you are connected to a stable internet connection.

Troubleshooting from Muslim Pro app:

If you are having trouble logging in from your Muslim Pro app;

  1. Force-close the app
  2. Attempt log in - click [Profile] at the bottom right hand corner of the app

    Click on [Log In]


4. Log in with the account that is tied to your Premium subscription

If you are still facing issues, uninstall and reinstall app and attempt login again, if loading is taking a while, wait for a few minutes for the app to load.

Troubleshooting from Web browser:

  1. Close and reopen your internet browser
  2. Go to 
  3. Click [Log In] located at the top right corner of the main page of Qalbox

    4. Log in with the account that is tied to your Premium subscription

If you're still facing issues, try clearing your browser's cache and restarting it. Please also make sure you are using the latest, up-to-date version of a supported browser.
