How to delete my Muslim Pro/ Qalbox account?

As of July 2022, you can delete your Muslim Pro account from the Muslim Pro app profile page. Please note that:

  • If you have an active subscription, you must cancel your subscription before deleting your account. 
  • If you do not cancel your subscription, your subscription will be charged accordingly even though you have deleted your Muslim Pro/Qalbox account. 

Access to both Muslim Pro Premium features and Qalbox is linked to the same account. Therefore, if the account is deleted, you will lose full streaming access to Qalbox and the premium features of Muslim Pro. Which device and platform is eligible for account deletion?

  • Both Android and IOS users can delete their accounts via the Muslim Pro app.
  • There is currently no option for account deletion on the Qalbox Web browser


How to delete my account via the Muslim Pro app (for iOS and Android mobile phone only)?

Navigate and toggle to Muslim Pro by clicking on the [Profile] page located at the bottom right of your app:

1. Go to your [Profile] page and Click [Edit Profile]



2. Scroll to the end of your Profile Page, and you will see the [Delete your account] button in red.


3. Once you tap the [Delete your account] button, you'll be directed to the verification page to confirm your account. Simply proceed by clicking the continue button based on your chosen login method.



4. Following that, you'll be asked to either cancel your subscription or delete your account. 

  • If you don't have any subscription, you can proceed to the account deletion survey right away (step 6).
  • If you have a subscription, we recommend cancelling your subscription first. Tap the [I will cancel my subscription first] button, and you'll receive a confirmation page leading you to the AppStore, PlayStore, or Stripe. 

You can simply tap either the [I understand] or [ I understand and acknowledge] button to continue.

5. Upon confirming and acknowledging the account deletion process, you'll encounter a final page asking for reconfirmation of your decision to delete the account. Tap the [ I want to delete my account ] button. 



6. To proceed with account deletion, you'll be asked to complete a brief survey regarding your experience and reasons for account removal. Click the [Next] button to proceed.

7. Select the reason for deleting your account from various options, or you can press [I prefer not to answer].


8. Share your experience with the app by giving us some comments in the typing box or you can press [I prefer not to answer].



9. Next, carefully review the terms and conditions for account deletion before finalizing your request. Check the box to agree, and provide your email address to receive the account deletion confirmation email. Finally, tap the [Delete My Account] button to permanently remove your account from our system.

The account deletion features in the app is not applicable for Lifetime subscription users. If you have a lifetime subscription and wish to delete your account, kindly contact support team for further assistance.
