If you wish to delete your Muslim Pro account, you can do so directly from the Profile page in the Muslim Pro app. Please note the following:

• If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it before deleting your account.

• If you do not cancel your subscription, you will continue to be charged even after deleting your Muslim Pro and Qalbox account.

• Access to both Muslim Pro Premium features and Qalbox is linked to the same account. Deleting your account will result in the loss of both premium features and full streaming access to Qalbox.

Eligible Devices for Account Deletion:

• Both Android and iOS users can delete their accounts through the Muslim Pro app.

• Currently, there is no option to delete your account via the Qalbox web browser.

To delete your account via the Muslim Pro app (iOS or Android):

1. Open the app and go to the Profile page by tapping the icon at the top left of the Today page. You will be directed to your Profile page then, click Edit Profile.

2. Scroll to the end of your Profile Page, and you will see the Delete your account button in red.
3. Once you tap the Delete your account button, you'll be directed to the verification page to confirm your account. Simply proceed by choosing your login type and continue. 

4. Following that, you'll be asked to either cancel your subscription first or delete your account first.

• If you don't have any subscription, you can proceed to the account deletion survey right away.
• If you have a subscription, we recommend cancelling your subscription first. Tap the [I will cancel my subscription first] button, and you'll receive a confirmation page leading you to the AppStore, PlayStore, or Stripe. 

5. Carefully review the terms and conditions for account deletion before proceeding. After that, check the agreement box and enter your email address to receive the account deletion confirmation. Then, tap Delete my account to permanently remove your account from our system.
