Qalbox crashes or closes

Is your Qalbox crashing or keeps closing? If the platform that you're watching Qalbox crashes or closes and takes you back to your device's menu screen, follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below!

For Qalbox web browser:

When you turn on the device (if you use security software):

  1. Install any updates for your security software.
  2. Temporarily turn off your security software and try Qalbox again.
  3. If the problem is fixed when your security software is disabled, the software may be out of date or unintentionally interfering with Qalbox. Re-activate it, then contact the software manufacturer for help.

For Windows users:

  1. Press the Windows Key on the keyboard.
  2. Click [Settings].
  3. Windows will check for updates. If it doesn't, click [Check for updates].
  4. Once the updates are installed, restart your computer and try Qalbox again.

For Macbook users:

  1. Click [Software Update].
  2. Macbook will check for updates. If it doesn't, click [Advanced] to check.
  3. Once the updates are installed, restart your computer and try Qalbox again.

For Muslim Pro app:

If Qalbox crashes when you open the Muslim Pro app:

  1. Update the Muslim Pro app in App Store/Play Store.
  2. Once the update is complete, log in with the same account and try Qalbox again.

If Qalbox crashes when browsing, searching a video or playing a video:

  1. Force-close the Muslim Pro app
  2. Uninstall and reinstall Qalbox app.
  3. Restart your device and try Qalbox again.
