Access Qalbox via Muslim Pro App and the Qalbox Web browser 

Read the following for common mistakes on Log In:

1. Using an incorrect login method

   One possible reason is that you logged in using the wrong email address or an incorrect login method. To access full Qalbox streaming and Muslim Pro Premium features, you must sign in using the same login method (Google, Apple, or Email) that is linked to your Premium subscription.

2. Forgot password

   If you have forgotten your password, you will not be able to access your account. Simply click the Forgot Password link to reset it. You will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.

3. Forgot email account

   In some cases, you may forget both your registered email address and password. If this happens, please contact us at help@muslimpro.com and provide any possible email addresses you may have used. Our team will help check if another email account is linked to your Muslim Pro app.

4. Account does not exist or has not been created

   Another possible reason is that your account does not exist in our system. You will need to sign up for a new account. If you believe you have already registered but are still unable to log in, please contact our support team at help@muslimpro.com for assistance.
