Why is my video lagging?

The stability of the video depends on internet connectivity. Make sure you have a fast and stable internet connection. If you’re experiencing streaming lag: 

  1. Please check your internet speed by typing ​​”internet speed test” on your browser and clicking one of the results and they will automatically calculate the internet speed that you have. If it shows your internet is not strong enough, highly recommended to manually switch the quality of the video playback to a lower quality.
  2. If you are using Wifi and the connection keeps dropping, it is because you are too far from where your router and modem are positioned. It might be a good time for you to buy a more advanced wireless router.
  3. Last but not least, try switching to a different internet or data connection (if available) and if you are watching Qalbox via the Muslim Pro app, try to update the app to the latest one.
