How many devices can be used under one account?

With the launch of Qalbox, all new Premium subscribers will not only have access to our Muslim Pro Premium features, but also have full streaming access to Qalbox. Each Premium subscription can be used for up to 5 devices with the same login details.

All devices login history will be listed in your Muslim Pro account settings so that you can manage the devices that are log in with your Premium account. 

How to clear the login device history on the Muslim Pro app? 

Follow the steps below : 

1. Click [Profile] on the bottom right corner of the main page.


2. Click [Edit Profile] Qalbox_HC_SS_-_Filzah.png

3. Scroll down until you find the [Logged in devices] section and click on the [Remove button] next to your model device to clear the device login history. Kindly repeat the steps to delete other device login history and lastly don't forget to click button [Save Changes].Copy_of_EN_-_The_prayer_times_are_different_from_the_ones_provided_by_my_local_mosque_andor_religious_authority__9_.png

How to clear the login device history on the Qalbox Web browser? 

Follow the steps below : 

1. You can find the list of your login device history by clicking Profile located top right of the screen. Then, click [My Account].


2. Choose [Logged-in Devices]



Q: I can’t access the Premium because the app is asking me to clear the login device history

A: You can clear your login device history first and proceed to login again.   



  1. For existing Muslim Pro Premium users, do note that you will need to upgrade your Muslim Pro Premium subscription to have full streaming access to Qalbox.
  2. If you have previously purchased a Premium subscription for Muslim Pro, a Muslim Pro account is required to restore your Premium purchase. With the new version of Muslim Pro, users will have to log in on their Muslim Pro account to use your Premium purchase across multiple devices (Android or/and Apple).
