We provide a new scheme for both premium subscribers to classify between lifetime and regular subscribers.

All device's login history will be listed in your Muslim Pro account settings so that you can manage the devices that are logged in with your Premium account.
How do you clear the login device history on the Muslim Pro app?
Follow the steps below :
1. Click [Profile] on the bottom right corner of the main page.
2. Click [Edit Profile]
3. Scroll down until you find the [Logged in devices] section and click the [Remove button] next to your model device to clear the login history. Kindly repeat the steps to delete other device login history, and lastly, don't forget to click the button [Save Changes].
How do you clear the login device history on the Qalbox Web browser?
Follow the steps below :
1. You can find your login device history list by clicking Profile at the top right of the screen. Then, click [My Account].
2. Choose [Logged-in Devices]
Q: I can’t access the Premium because the app is asking me to clear the login device history
A: You can clear your login device history first. You can go to the initial device and find the remove button in red. You can delete it by clicking the remove button and proceeding to log in again.
Notes:
- For existing Muslim Pro Premium users, do note that you must upgrade your subscription to have full streaming access to Qalbox.
- A Muslim Pro account is required to restore your Premium purchase if you have previously purchased a Premium subscription for Muslim Pro. With the new version of Muslim Pro, users must log in to their Muslim Pro account to use their Premium purchase across multiple devices (Android and Apple).
