I’m already logged in to Muslim Pro app, how do I upgrade my account to Premium to have full access to Qalbox?

If you're a Free user and already have a Muslim Pro account:

1. Once you've logged in to your account and access Today's page, tap on the Profile icon in the top left corner of the page. 

2. On the Profile page, tap on [Go Premium], you will be directed to the premium plan page with different the type of subscriptions offered. Select your preferred subscription and tap on [Subscribe]. You will be directed to payment through your device’s app store. The Monthly and Yearly subscription plans come with a 7-day free trial period before your device's app store automatically charges you based on the subscription plan that you have selected.

If you're an existing Muslim Pro Premium or a No Ads subscriber:

For existing Muslim Pro Premium and No ads plan users, please note that you will need to upgrade your Muslim Pro Premium subscription to have full streaming access to Qalbox. However, there will be no free trial if you choose to upgrade, and you will have immediate full streaming access to Qalbox once you've upgraded your subscription.

If you’re already logged into your Muslim Pro account connected to your Premium subscription, go to the Qalbox page and tap [Play] on any videos. You will be prompted to upgrade your Premium subscription before having full access to Qalbox content.

Once you've subscribed or upgraded to a Premium subscription with Qalbox access, you can now have full streaming access to Qalbox on either the Muslim Pro app or the Web browser. 
Refund

If you're upgrading from the No Ads plan to Muslim Pro + Qalbox Premium, your device’s app store (Apple or Google) will automatically refund the earlier payment and charge the full amount for the new subscription. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., bank account or card).

Example Scenario

User A subscribes to:

  • Muslim Pro Premium (No Ads) for $49.98

  • Later, they upgrade to Muslim Pro + Qalbox Premium for $99.98

→ Apple or Google will charge $99.98 for the new subscription
→ The previous $49.98 will be refunded automatically

Terms & Conditions

  • This full refund scenario applies only to new users whose subscription has just started.

  • If the subscription has been active for some time, the refund will be prorated based on how much of the original plan has been used.

  • Refunds and proration are handled directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • It may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment method.

Additional Notes

  • For new Premium users, once your Free Trial ends, your selected subscription plan will be automatically charged by your app store. Read more about the Free Trial here →

  • All payments are securely managed by Apple, Google, or Samsung, depending on your device. This means Muslim Pro does not have access to your payment details—your privacy and security are protected by these platforms.
