This article applies only to email and password logins on the Muslim Pro app and the Qalbox web browser. If you’re experiencing issues signing in to your Muslim Pro or Qalbox account, please follow the steps below to reset your password.
Muslim Pro app
1. Click on the Profile icon located at the top right corner of Today's screen
2. Then, click Edit Profile
3. You will be able to see the Change Your Password button below your email address and click on it.
4. Key in your Current Password and New Password and Confirm your Password. Click [Confirm] your new password to save the information accordingly.
Note: Your current password needs to be correct for a successful change.
Qalbox web browser.
If you choose to log in via a web browser using the email method, you won't need to enter your password. This eliminates concerns about forgotten passwords, as you will receive an OTP code sent to your email instead.
