Badal Umrah Service FAQs

What is Badal Umrah?

Badal Umrah is the performance of Umrah on behalf of another person. It is usually arranged for those who have passed away, are ill, or are physically unable to perform Umrah themselves.

Who can I request Badal Umrah for?

You can request Badal Umrah for parents, loved ones who have passed away, or anyone unable to perform it due to illness, old age, or other limitations.

However, it is not recommended for someone who is only temporarily sick or facing temporary obstacles.

Where is Badal Umrah performed?

All Badal Umrah requests are fulfilled in Makkah, carried out by Tawkeel, our experienced and trustworthy partner.

How will I know when the Umrah has been completed?

You will receive confirmation once the Badal Umrah has been performed, along with a personalized link to photos and videos of the Umrah by the appointed representative, followed by a certificate of completion.

How long does it take for the Badal Umrah to be completed?

The Badal Umrah is usually completed within 5–10 working days after your request is received. You will be notified once it has been fulfilled.

Can I request multiple Badal umrah services?

Yes, you can request more than one, whether for different family members or loved ones.

What is the refund policy?

As Badal Umrah orders are consolidated on a daily basis and preparations begin early with our fulfillment partners, refunds or cancellations are not permitted beyond 24 hours of order confirmation.

In rare or exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed at Muslim Pro’s discretion. If approved, any third-party fees (e.g. payment processing charges) will be deducted from the refund amount, as these are imposed by external providers and not retained by Muslim Pro.

We kindly encourage all users to review their order carefully before completing the transaction.

Is there a difference between Badal Umrah and Umrah Al-Badl?

No both terms refer to the same concept.
“Badal Umrah” and “Umrah al-Badl” are simply different Arabic expressions for performing Umrah on behalf of someone else. Scholars use them interchangeably.

Can I do Badal Umrah for someone who is still alive?

Yes but only if they are permanently unable to perform Umrah themselves due to chronic illness, old age, or disability.

Do I need permission from the person I want to perform for?

If they are alive, it is better to have their permission.
If they are deceased, permission is not required.
