MPA Revision Sessions – FAQ & Troubleshooting

1. Can I reschedule my revision session?

Once you have booked a session, the date and time are fixed. If you need to reschedule, you will need to check if there are still available slots and make a new booking. Please note that slots are limited and may not always be available at your preferred time.

2. What if I miss my booked session?

Each course purchase entitles you to only one revision session. If you miss your booked session, it cannot be replaced.

To avoid missing your session:

  • Add it to your calendar right after booking.
  • Set multiple reminders (1 day before and 30 minutes before).
  • Join the Zoom link a few minutes early.

3. Do I need to complete the course before booking?

We recommend completing the course first so you can maximise your session by asking clear and specific questions. However, you may book your session anytime after purchasing the course.

4. Will I get a reminder?

No automatic reminders will be sent. Please:

Add the session to your calendar when booking.

Set your own reminders.

Keep the Zoom link and password safely for easy access.

5. How long is the revision session?

Sessions usually last 30–45 minutes, depending on the ustaz/ustazah’s availability and your questions. To get the most out of your time:

Prepare your questions in advance.

Focus on areas where you need the most help.

6. How many revision sessions am I entitled to?

Each MPA Intermediate Course purchase includes one revision session only. If you purchase more courses, you will receive one session per course.

7. Can I share the session with others?

No. The revision session is for you only and is linked to your personal course purchase. Please do not share the Zoom link or password with others.

Troubleshooting

1. I didn’t receive the Zoom link and password after booking.

  • Please check your email inbox (the one used when you booked).
  • Look in your Spam/Junk folder, as sometimes automated emails may land there.
  • If you still don’t see it, contact our Support team for assistance.

2. The “Book Now” button is grey and cannot be clicked.

This means all available slots have been fully booked. Please check back later to see if new slots are opened.

3. I cannot log in to Zoom.

  • Double-check that you are entering the correct link and password provided in your confirmation email.
  • Ensure that you have the latest version of Zoom installed.
  • Try joining from another device (mobile or laptop) if the issue persists.

4. I joined the session late, can I still attend?
Yes, you can still join as long as the session is ongoing. However, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and it cannot be extended.

5. My audio/video is not working on Zoom.

  • Test your microphone and speakers before the session.
  • Go to Zoom settings to check your audio input/output.
  • If issues continue, rejoin the meeting or switch to another device.
