The Asr prayer time depends on the length of an object's shadow. The differences come from how long the shadow must be relative to the object's height.

If you wish to change the Asr calculation method in the app, follow the steps below. 

How to Change the Asr Calculation Method in the App:

1. Tap on Prayer tab, then go to Prayer Settings.

2. Under Prayer Calculation, toggle off the App Recommended option.

3. This will switch you to the Fixed Calculation Method.

4. Tap on Asr Calculation Method.

5. Select your preferred method (e.g., Shafi’i, Maliki & Hambali or Hanafi).
