If you originally signed up with an email but are now seeing the mobile number login screen, here's how to find out how to access your existing Muslim Pro & Qalbox account.
This applies for users in Bangladesh only.

Why am I seeing a mobile login screen?

As part of our latest updates, the default login screen now allows users to sign up or log in using their mobile number. This simplifies the sign up process for new users.

I previously signed up using my email. How do I log in?

If you created your account using an email address, don't worry - you can still log in!
On the mobile login screen, scroll to the bottom and tap [Log in using your email here].

This will redirect you to the email login screen where you can enter your credentials as usual.

Can I now use my mobile number to log in to my email based account?

Currently, it's not possible to log in to an existing email based account using your mobile number unless it was previously linked to that account.

If you’ve accidentally created a new account using your mobile number and want to transfer your premium subscription from your email based account:

1. Contact our support team at help@muslimpro.com

2. Provide both your email based account and your new mobile based account details.

3. We’ll help you transfer your premium access manually.
