By accessing or using the Ummah Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as may be amended from time to time. Please take the time to read these Terms and Community Guidelines carefully.
This Ummah Pro feature allows you to post, react, comment, and submit prayer requests.
You can access this feature via the following entry points:

- Ummah Pro posts on Muslim Pro feed (AKA For You)
To get started, simply tap on any of the entry point(s) to go to the Ummah Pro page. Please note, that you will need to set up a profile to join Ummah Pro.
Access to Muslim Pro
- You do not need an account to use Muslim Pro. However, you would need to create an account on Muslim Pro to use Ummah Pro. Your Ummah Pro account will have a username, which you provide. Your username is public, and it does not have to be related to your real name. We may also ask you to select your interests during account creation (for example, history, nature, sports) to help generate a home feed for you.
- Users aged 13 and above may access the Services and view posts on the Ummah Pro page beyond prayer requests.
- Users aged below 13 may access the Services and only view prayer requests on the Ummah Pro page.
Content
- The Services may contain information, text, links, graphics, photos, videos, audio, streams, software, tools, or other materials (“Content”), including Content created with or submitted to the Services by you or through your Account (“Your Content”).
- We shall not be responsible for and we do not expressly or implicitly endorse, support, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any of Your Content.
- By submitting Your Content to the Services, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights to Your Content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to the content that you post or share. Posting or sharing Your Content without these rights may expose you to legal liability.
- You retain any ownership rights you have in Your Content, but you grant Muslim Pro the following license to use Your Content:
- When Your Content is created with or submitted to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works of, distribute, store, perform, and display Your Content which may include your username, voice, or likeness provided in connection with Your Content in all media formats and channels now known or later developed anywhere in the world. This license includes the right for us to make Your Content available for syndication, broadcast, distribution, or publication by other companies, organizations, or individuals who partner with Muslim Pro for the purposes of promotion. You also agree that we may remove metadata associated with Your Content, and you irrevocably waive any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to Your Content.
- Any ideas, suggestions, and feedback about Muslim Pro or the Services that you provide to us are entirely voluntary, and you agree that Muslim Pro may use such ideas, suggestions, and feedback without compensation or obligation to you.
- Although we have no obligation to screen, edit, or monitor Your Content, we may, in our sole discretion, delete, or remove Your Content, at any time and for any reason, including for violating these Terms and/or Community Guidelines For Ummah Pro, or any of our other terms and policies.

Advertisements, Promotions, 3rd-Party Content
- The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services, which may be posted by advertisers, our affiliates, our partners, or other users (“Third-Party Content”).
- We are not responsible for the content, availability, or security of these Third-Party Content. You acknowledge and agree that your use of any third-party websites, products, or services is solely at your own risk. We recommend that you carefully review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites, products, or services before interacting with them or conducting any transactions.
- The Services may also contain sponsored Third-Party Content or advertisements. The type, degree, and targeting of advertisements are subject to change, and you acknowledge and agree that we may place advertisements in connection with the display of any Content or information on the Services, including Your Content.
- If you choose to use the Services to conduct a promotion, including a contest or giveaway (“Promotion”), you alone are responsible for conducting the Promotion in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including creating official rules, offer terms, eligibility requirements, and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations which govern the Promotion (such as licenses, registrations, bonds, and regulatory approval). Your Promotion must explicitly state that the Promotion is neither sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with or associated with Muslim Pro in any way. Additionally, the rules for your Promotion must require each entrant or participant to release Muslim Pro from any liability related to the Promotion. You acknowledge and agree that Muslim Pro will not assist you in any capacity with your Promotion, and you agree to conduct your Promotion entirely at your own risk, without any involvement or association with Muslim Pro.
Unacceptable Use
- When using or accessing the Services, you must adhere to and comply with these Terms, Community Guidelines and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Please review the Community Guidelines below, which are incorporated into, and made a part of, these Terms and contain Muslim Pro's rules about prohibited content and conduct. In addition to what is prohibited in the Community Guidelines, you may not do any of the following:
- Use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disable, disrupt, overburden, or otherwise impair the Services;
- Gain access to (or attempt to gain access to) another user’s Account or any non-public portions of the Services, including the computer systems or networks connected to or used together with the Services;
- Upload, transmit, or distribute to or through the Services any viruses, worms, malicious code, or other software intended to interfere with the Services, including its security-related features;
- Use the Services to violate applicable law or infringe any person’s or entity’s intellectual property rights or any other proprietary rights;
- Access, search, or collect data from the Services by any means (automated or otherwise) except as permitted in these Terms or in a separate agreement with Muslim Pro (we conditionally grant permission to crawl the Services in accordance with the parameters outlined in our robots.txt file, but scraping the Services without Muslim Pro's prior written consent is prohibited); or
- Use the Services in any manner that we reasonably believe to be an abuse of or fraud on Muslim Pro.
- We encourage you to report content or conduct that you believe violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We also support the responsible reporting of security vulnerabilities. To report a security issue, please email support@muslimpro.com.
Additional Terms
- Because we offer a variety of Services, you may be asked to agree to additional terms, policies, guidelines, or rules before using a specific product or service offered by Muslim Pro (collectively, “Additional Terms”). All Additional Terms are incorporated by this reference into, and made a part of, these Terms, and to the extent any Additional Terms conflict with these Terms, the Additional Terms govern concerning your use of the corresponding Services.
- Muslim Pro employs a robust moderation system to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users. This system utilizes advanced machine learning models and algorithms that are continuously trained to identify and review content based on prevailing community guidelines. These tools are designed to detect and address harmful, inappropriate, or abusive behaviour, helping us maintain a positive and supportive space. However, while our algorithms are constantly improved, human moderators may also be involved to provide further context and oversight. We encourage users to report any content that may violate these guidelines. Your feedback helps us refine our system and ensure we are upholding the values of respect and safety within the community.
Community Guidelines For Ummah Pro

Do’s:
- Relevance and Applicability
Users can benefit more from posts that are relevant and applicable. By providing relevant insights and perspective, your posts can encourage positive discussion too.
- Respectful and Inclusive Language
We highly encourage using respectful and inclusive language in all posts.
- Credible Sources
Reliable posts require credibility. To increase the credibility of your post, include credible sources and references if there is any.
- Appropriate Length
Posts should be 200 words maximum. Aim for a balance between comprehensive and conciseness.
- Copyright and Intellectual Property
Ensure that you obtain permission and/or copyrights rights to the images, graphics, and/or multimedia used in the post. Violating a copyright can happen when you, for example, take other's creative work and alter it, pass it off as your own or post it in other locations without the proper permissions. We ask that you:
Refrain from posting any content that belongs to someone else without permission. You may not post descriptions of, links to, or methods for stealing someone's intellectual property (software, video, audio, images, etc.), or for breaking any other law.
Respect the copyrights and other legal and intellectual property rights of others.
Ensure that you do not plagiarize or otherwise infringe the intellectual property rights of others, especially if you intend to use non-original work.

- Promotional or Commercial Posts
We do not accept posts that are promotional or excessively self-promotional in nature. Avoid mentioning products or organizations.
- Adverse and Controversial
We do not accept posts that are overtly adverse, controversial, or potentially offensive. This includes content that is sensitive to the Muslim community and which can be potentially divisive.
- Debating the practices and laws of Islam
We do not accept posts that debate or discuss practices and Islamic law.
- False information
We do not accept posts that contain false information and spread misinformation to the masses.
- Promote violence and hate towards others
We do not accept posts that support or praise terrorism, organized crime, hate groups, or one sect over another. This includes content that encourages violence or attacks anyone based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disabilities, or diseases.
- Use strong language and graphic images
We do not accept posts that use strong language and graphic images regardless of its intent.
- Frauds and Scams
We do not allow attempts to defraud or scam members of our community.
- Content Moderation
Our internal content moderation system team will review all submitted content to ensure compliance with Our Community Guidelines. Any posts that violate Our Community Guidelines may be rejected or removed without prior notice.
- Ownership of content
All posts will be owned by Bitsmedia in perpetuity. However, we will have the right to remove the name when necessary without justification.
- Violations of Community Guidelines
Bitsmedia retains the right to remove user post at any time, and to suspend and/or delete user accounts that violate Our Community Guidelines without prior notice. It is in Our absolute discretion to decide when a user has violated Our Guidelines.
