The Muslim Pro app now offers a ticketing feature for live events, including conferences and seminars by Muslim scholars etc organised by our partners.

Tickets can be purchased directly through in-app purchases. Once the event begins, you can watch it live. Additionally, tickets for past events are available for purchase, allowing you to watch them on demand via the event detail page.

For Guest Users

If you're a guest user without the app, clicking the deep link for a live ticketed event will redirect you to the web.

On the event detail page, click the "Watch for $xx" button to make your purchase via in-app payment. Once the payment is successfully processed, you'll receive a notification. From there, you can watch the live event or access the replay at your convenience.

 

 

 

 

 

For Existing Users

This process applies to both free and premium app users.

If you have an account and are logged in, you can access ticketed events either via a deep link or directly through the Qalbox page. If the event requires payment, the price will be displayed.

Simply click the button showing the price to purchase your ticket through an in-app payment and wait for the confirmation. Once confirmed, you'll be all set!

Once the payment is successful, a label will appear indicating that the event has been purchased. You can then proceed to enjoy the live event or watch the replay at your convenience.

If you missed the live event, you can still watch the replay at your convenience by clicking on [Watch Replay] button. 

Replays of Ticketed Livestream

In addition to upcoming live ticketed events, you can also purchase Replay tickets.

When you find a Replay Ticketed Event through a deep link or on the Qalbox page, simply click the "Watch" button to make your payment through the app.

Purchased Event

All your purchased live and replay events will be listed under the "Purchased" tab on the Qalbox page.

Refund Policy- Non Refundable

All sales are final at the time of purchase. Qalbox does not issue refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, last-minute cancellations, or missed attendance. However, the live event recording will remain accessible for users to watch for up to two years following the event.
