Muslim Pro’s Quest Feature

With Muslim Pro’s Quest feature (“Quest”), you can earn virtual currencies — Stars and Crescents —
by completing tasks, checking in daily, and joining special events. Stars can be converted into
Crescents, which can then be redeemed for rewards like Premium access, exclusive content, or
charitable donations. You can easily track your progress, view your currency balances, and explore
available rewards. The more active you are, the more you earn!

Q1: What are the Quest-related features in the Muslim Pro app (“App”)?
A: The Quest-related features allow you to earn, convert, and redeem virtual currencies in the App
called Stars and Crescents. You can accumulate Stars through various activities in the App, convert
them into Crescents, and use Crescents to redeem rewards or make donations to our selected
NGOs.

Q2: How do I earn Stars with Quest?
A: You can earn Stars by participating in various activities within the App, such as daily check-ins and
other in-app engagements. The more you engage with the App, the more Stars you can accumulate,
allowing you to track your progress. You can find the list of available Quests on the ‘Quest’ page.

Q3: What can I do with my Stars?
A: Once you have accumulated enough Stars, you can convert them into Crescents which can be
used to redeem various in-app rewards or make donations as listed under the ‘Rewards’ page
(“Rewards”).

Q4: How does the conversion of Stars to Crescents work and what is the applicable rate for
the conversion?
A: The current applicable rate is 500 Stars = 1 Crescent. After collecting enough Stars, you can
convert them into Crescents at the applicable rate, providing you with additional opportunities to
engage with the App’s features. This applicable rate may change from time to time due to various
factors, including platform fees and other operational costs. We reserve the right to determine the
applicable rate, which you can view on the 'Conversion' page.

Q5: Can I purchase Crescents if I don’t have enough Stars?
A: Yes, you can purchase additional Crescents directly within the App. These transactions are
processed via the App Store and Play Store and the applicable prices displayed at the time of
purchase are final.

Q6: How are the prices of Crescents determined?
A: The pricing of Crescents may vary due to platform fees and other factors. The applicable price
displayed at the time of purchase is what you will be charged which will be governed by App Store
and Play Store policies.

Q7: What can I use Crescents for?
A: Crescents can be used to redeem various in-app rewards, such as Premium Content, Premium
Accesses or other items. You can also use the Crescents to make donations within the App. The list
of all redeemable Rewards can be found on the ‘Rewards Page’.

Q8: Can the Stars and Crescents expire and will I be notified?
A: Currently, Stars and Crescents do not have an expiration date. However, we reserve the right to
revise this policy in the future. If any changes are made, we will notify you in advance, to allow you
reasonably sufficient time to redeem your Stars and Crescents before their expiration.

Q9: Are my Stars and Crescents transferable?
A: The Stars and Crescents are not transferable between users or accounts.

Q10: How do I check my transaction history?
A: You can view your transaction history in the App on the ‘Transaction History’ page, which displays
all your recent activities, including Stars earned and Crescents spent.

Q11: Am I eligible for any refunds?
A: Once Crescents are redeemed for rewards, they are non-refundable. Any purchases or refunds for Crescents follow the policies of the App Store or Play Store, depending on your platform. Payments are securely processed by these platforms, ensuring that independent developers like us do not have access to your payment information. Payments are handled by Apple or Google, based on your device.

Q13: Are donations made with Crescents eligible for tax reliefs?
A: Generally, donations made using Crescents are not eligible for tax reliefs. You may check with your
local authorities to determine any applicable tax considerations.

Q14: What happens if there’s a dispute related to the Quest features?
A: Any disputes related to the Quest features will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
