What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Our refund and cancellation policies are governed by Umrahme's policy. If you need to cancel, please contact our customer support team to understand the specific policy applicable to your package.
Refund on a cancellation request will be entirely dependent on cancellation policies levied on hotel and packages and will be governed as per the following terms and conditions.
- Cancellations can be requested by contacting our Customer Support Team at care@umrahme.com
- Cancellations are typically accepted up to 7 days prior to departure, but it may depend on the package. The policy may vary across different packages so please refer to the specific package’s cancellation policy before booking.
- The flight part & insurance for the holiday package are non-refundable after the booking is paid and confirmed.
- Whether a package is refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable depends on its cancellation policy. However, in most cases, the following rules apply depending on the date of cancellation: Land services (Hotel, Transfers, Tours & Excursions):
- Fully refundable up to 14 days prior to departure date
- Subject to a fee of 50% of the total amount from 7 to 14 days prior to departure date.
- Subject to a fee of 100% of the total amount from less than 7 days prior to departure date.
- Subject to a fee of 100% of the total amount in case of no show and early departure.
- Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The flight timings may result in you arriving early or departing late from your hotel. Our travel consultants will let you know flight times when you book so you can make suitable arrangements.
- Umrahme reserves the right to modify or change the hotel in your reservation to another hotel from the same category in any force majeure cases (overbooking, blackout dates).
- All flights are subject to the airline’s conditions of carriage.
- Umrahme does not take any responsibility on the VISA services or any other immigration requirements for packages The customer needs to ensure that he/she is carrying relevant immigration documents on his/her own.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
