You can use alarm volume as your adhan notification by following the below steps:

1. Click on the [Settings] icon found at the top right corner 

2. Go to [ Push Notifications] 

3. Click on [Adhan Preferences]

4. Enable [Use alarm volume] and [Force Adhan notifications].
