The updated Muslim Pro widget now includes enhanced functions for your home screen and lock screen.

 

To set up the app widget on Android:

1. Long press on your home screen and tap on the widget option.
2. In the app, go to the Today's page, tap [More], and find the [Widget] icon under [Utility]. Tap the [Widget] icon to access the widget help center article and follow the steps to configure options for both Home Screen and Lock Screen.

Home Screen Widgets

The Home Screen widgets highlight key features of our app. You can now view:

• All Prayer Times with Tracker

- Provides comprehensive prayer timings and your current location.
- For free users, prayer timings are displayed with a padlock icon. Tap anywhere on the widget to access the prayer landing page.
- Premium users can track prayers with a checkmark icon directly from the widget.

 

Ensure location services are enabled on your device for optimal use. If location services are disabled, alternative displays will be shown.

 

• Current Prayer Times with Tracker

This widget makes monitoring your prayer habits easy.

 

- For guest, free, and premium users without full Muslim Pro premium entitlement, tapping any area of the widget brings you to the Prayer Tracker calendar.
- For premium users with full entitlement, tapping any area except the checkmarks brings you to the Prayer Tracker.
- For premium users with full entitlement, tapping the checkmark marks the prayer as tracked.

• Daily Prayers Tracker

This widget helps you easily monitor your prayer habits.

- For guest, free, and premium users without full Muslim Pro premium entitlement, tapping any area of the widget takes you to the Prayer Tracker calendar.
- For premium users with full entitlement, tapping any area except the checkmarks takes you to the Prayer Tracker.
- For premium users with full entitlement, tapping the checkmark marks the prayer as tracked.

 

• Qibla

To quickly find the direction of the Qibla, enable this widget. Tap any area of the widget to access the Qibla screen.

 

• Qalbox Navigation

Easily access Qalbox content by tapping the search bar, All, Shorts, or Watchlist to go to the respective screens.

Tap any part of the widget to enter the Quran Reader, where you can access the last listened or read ayah, daily verse, daily deen, and Quran immersion features.

If you haven't used the Daily Deen feature before, tapping will guide you through the onboarding process.

 

• Quran

This widget lets you view the last read ayah, last listened ayah, daily verse, daily deen, and Quran immersion.

 

 

Tap any part of the widget to enter the Quran Reader and access these features.

If you haven't used the Daily Deen feature before, tapping will guide you through the onboarding process.

 

• Fasting Tracker:

You can enable this widget to track your fasting progress.
Tap anywhere on the widget except for the chevron left and chevron right buttons to access the Fasting Tracker landing screen.

 

• Daily Inspiration:

Use this widget to get inspired with daily quotes.

The inspiration cards are dynamically updated everyday. To go into the inspiration landing page, tap any area of the widget.

 

• Ask AiDeen:

Enable this widget to get answers to your questions.

 

Simply tap any area of the widget to directly access the active state of the Ask AiDeen.

 

• Duas:

Utilise this widget to access a collection of daily duas.

 

Tapping on the searchbar, All Duas, Morning & Evening and Praising Allah would bring you to the respective landing screens on Duas.

 

• Tasbih:

Keep count with the digital tasbih from this widget

 

If you are guest, free or premium users without full Muslim Pro premium entitlement, tapping any area of the widget would bring you into the Tasbih landing screen.

If you are premium users with full Muslim Pro entitlement, tapping any area of the widget except for the Tasbih bead and the Reset button would bring you straight into the Tasbih landing screen.

Tapping the tasbih bead would increase the count by 1.

Tapping the reset button would automatically reset the loop number and count back to ‘Loop 1, 0/33 tapped’.
