If you are using an Android device and downloaded the Muslim Pro application from the Google Play Store, all payments for the Premium subscription will be processed by Google.
Although the Google Play Store offers the ability to pay via Direct Carrier Billing or PayPal on a limited number of countries, you may still need to use a credit or debit card in your location (check this article for more information about alternative payment options).
If you are trying to pay your purchase with a credit or debit card on Google Play, please note that Google has a very strict anti-fraud policy which can often result in false-positives, meaning that a valid and legit credit card might still be rejected.
Payment rejected
If your payment was rejected and if you have double checked all the credit card information you entered on the Google payment dialog (Google Wallet), this might have happened to you.
- Try to enter your complete address (rather than just a country or city) in your Google Wallet profile
- Try a different credit card if you have one
- When Google rejects a payment and flags a card as “potential fraud” for the first time, they usually revalidate the card manually within the next 24 hours. This will unfortunately be sufficient to validate your initial purchase (it’s already been cancelled/rejected) but it means that you may try again after 24 hours.
If the problem persists, please try to contact the Google Wallet support team.
Note:
Payment may be rejected by Google although the amount has been debited from your account. When this happens, Google will always credit the amount back within the next 24 hours. Please check your bank statement.
