The adhan notifications are not working (Oppo, Vivo & Meizu devices)

For Oppo, Vivo & Meizu devices

For Muslim Pro users using the latest Oppo, Vivo, & Meizu Devices (Oppo R11, Vivo V5 such as any similar devices), the adhan notifications may not work properly unless you do the following changes.  


You need to allow Auto Start and Run in Background for the Muslim Pro app from the Smart Manager. By default the Smart Manager will be disable Auto Start and Run in Background for all the app downloaded from the Google Play Store. 


How to allow Auto Start & Run in Background

Follow this 6-steps process to protect the Muslim Pro app so that adhan notifications will work on your device.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to the Smart Manager (sometimes called Security or iManager)
  3. Select Permissions
  4. Select the Muslim Pro app
  5. Allow Auto Start & Run in Background for the Muslim Pro app
  6. Open the Muslim Pro app

Alternatively you can try to go to Settings > All Apps then select Muslim Pro. After you have to go to Permissions and enableAuto Start & Run in Background for the Muslim Pro app. Once it's done, just open the Muslim Pro app.
