The adhan notifications are not working (Samsung)

For Samsung devices

For Muslim Pro users using the latest Samsung Devices the adhan notifications may not work properly unless you do the following changes.  

 

You need to:

  • "Allow" the notifications for the Muslim Pro app. 
  • Add Muslim Pro to the list of "Never Sleeping Apps" from the built-in Power Manager of Samsung.

 

How to turn on "Allow Notification" for Muslim Pro 

Follow this 4-steps process to protect the Muslim Pro app so that Adhan notifications will work on your Samsung device.

 

1. Go to [Settings]

2. Click on [Notification]

3. Select the Muslim Pro app

4. Turn on [Show notifications] and allow sound and vibration

Add Muslim Pro to the list of "Never Sleeping Apps"

Follow this steps to protect the Muslim Pro app so that Adhan notifications will work on your Samsung device.

 

1. Go to [Settings]

2. Go to [Battery and Device Care]

3. Click on [Battery]

4. Select [Backgrounds Usage Limits]

5. Tap on [Never Sleeping Apps]

6. Tap on the [Plus] sign at the top right corner

7. Look for Muslim Pro App and [Add]

8. Make sure the Muslim Pro app appears on the list of [Never Sleeping Apps]

Notifications still not working on Samsung?
